Eligibility: Entrants must be current USATT members, or purchase a USATT membership at the tournament. Players who have NEVER played in a USATT tournament may buy a one time Tournament Pass for $10.
Bring your membership card or valid receipt from a previous tournament. Memberships: Adult 1-yr., $40; 3-yr., $100; Household 1-yr ., $60; 3-yr. $150; Junior (under 18)1-yr., $20; Junior 3-yr., (under 15) $50; Collegiate 1 yr., $20(Xerox of Student ID)

Unrated Players: If you have never played in a USATT-sanctioned tournament, then you are unrated. This tournament is designed to accommodate players of all levels. Unrated players are encouraged to enter.
Unrated players may advance in the Open, Seniors, Women's and Juniors Events. Unrated players pay a reduced fee($10) but may not advance to the single elimination round of the U1000, U1300, U1600, U2000.

Rules: All USATT rules and regulations apply. Paddles must be USATT approved (Red on one side and black on the other). Wear dark shirt and shorts, tennis shoes or sneakers.

Equipment: Only USATT approved equipment will be used. 1 Butterfly Centerfold, 11 Stiga Tables, Nittaku 3-star 40mm orange balls. Excekkent lighting, high ceilings, and hardwood floor. No drinks or gym bags will be allowed on playing surface.

Check-in: You must check in at the control desk at least 30 min. prior to your starting time.
The gym will be open at 9:00 am.
If you leave the tournament site after you have checked in, you must notify the control desk or be liable to default. Snacks and drinks will be available on site.

The tournament committee reserves the right to change any rule or policy in the interest of the tournament. The tournament committee reserves the right to disqualify any player for bad conduct, ineligibility, or any other reason. Decisions of the tournament committee are final. In addition to submitting results to USATT, results will be submitted to Ratings Central.
Your Ratings Central rating will be available at www.ratingscentral.com a few hours after the tournament.
